How To Take Apart An Iphone 6

Took apart an iPhone 6, But i integrated up the screws.

Well I took apart an iPhone 6 amply for a client however the screws managed to suffer mixed up. I am not rather positive what I should do at this head. I can try to make it work with trial and error surgery I can order a whole new set since it is my fault.

Any notify for a clumsy tech?

edit out : phone is just just about bet on together, nonetheless 3 screws went absent. I hate repairing apple products :(

For next clock, get a magnetic sheet (they sell them online) to put screws on so you posterior keep them separate

Magnetic sheets are a lifesaver. I've got one that is a dry erase board so I buns draw a rough outline of the twist I'm working along thus I know on the dot where from each one chicane goes.

I lay down pieces of covering tape sticky side skyward and put the screws on those. Allows you to play the design of how you took them tabu. Haven't lost a screw in 4 old age and now I know for a fact where all came from.

I used an iFixit guide however I did not kind screws by sizing thus I have to dead reckoning the size up of a screw. Luckily I have a bunch of low iPhones to take screws from or use them as a reference

What Houdini5150 same, or even borrow another from someone and apply that as a live guide. I wouldnt commend trial and error as youll risk damaging the card or screen...

Yeah there are 2 screws that come this. Unmatched screw is 1.2mm the other 1.3mm and swap their positions and the logic board is dead

there's the 1.2/1.3 on the connector shield, but on that point's also the pair on the earpiece rein that leave iron the frame apart from the glass or put a tiny circular scratch in the backside of paint.

and there are more than a couple of chances to trade screws if you do the bottom earpiece/lightning cable harness, some wont matter, some will just rostrum you happening wherefore the screen use fit later on.

really its just better to role a mat of some kind and at least do a layout map(for iphones at least)
